1. Free Trial & Evaluation
To make sure LeadCop fits perfectly with your workflow, we provide a free tier with 100 requests per month. No credit card is required to evaluate our API features, dashboards, and WordPress integration.
We encourage all users to thoroughly test our Service using the free tier before upgrading to a paid subscription.
2. Refund Eligibility Window
If you are not satisfied with your paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial upgrade or billing date.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be submitted via email to support@leadcop.io within the 14-day window.
- Your API request volume during the current billing cycle must not exceed 25% of your plan's monthly request quota. We cannot offer refunds if significant portions of your monthly plan were consumed.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your recurring monthly or annual plan at any time through the Billing section of the LeadCop Dashboard.
Upon cancellation, your account will remain active and have access to all paid tier benefits until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No further recurring charges will be made.
4. Processing of Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
