By registering for an account or using LeadCop (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
2. Account Registration & Integrity
To use the Service, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.
Any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security must be reported to LeadCop immediately. We will not be liable for losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account.
3. API Usage & Restrictions
Subject to these Terms and your selected plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our API and integrate validation scripts on your site. You agree not to:
- Abuse or overload the API beyond your rate limit or standard usage limits.
- Reverse engineer, bypass, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Use the Service for any malicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
- Share your private API key or resale the API access without prior written consent.
4. Payments & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual subscription basis. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize LeadCop to bill your credit card or chosen payment method for all associated fees.
Failure to pay plan fees on the due date may result in immediate suspension or downgrade of your Service account.
5. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service, or engage in behavior that we deem harmful to the integrity and operation of our servers or user base.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. LeadCop makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or uptime of our validation API. In no event shall LeadCop be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
